Cooking Instructions
Stovetop
Place vegetables in a large pot of boiling salted water. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Drain and serve.
Microwave
Place in a microwave safe container with 3 tsp water. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Season and serve.
Roast
Toss with oil and seasoning. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
