Cooking Instructions
Stovetop
Place the sweet potato sticks in a large pot of boiling salted water. Cover and cook on a low flame for 6-8 minutes until tender. Drain and serve.
Microwave
Place the sweet potato sticks in a microwave safe container with 3 teaspoons of water. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Season and serve.
