Cooking Instructions
Stovetop
Saute the zucchini slices in a pan with oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until tender. Season and serve.
Microwave
Place the zucchini slices in a microwave safe container with 2 teaspoons of water. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Season and serve.
